Public evidence is not a security certification.

These terms govern the public website and public materials. Paid reviews begin only under a separate written agreement.

Plain-language boundary: You may inspect and reproduce the public method under its applicable repository licenses. Public synthetic examples do not establish that any private product, deployment, or customer workflow is secure.

Acceptance and operator

By accessing actionboundary.dev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by JZ Software Consulting under the ActionBoundary name. Questions can be sent to jiahao@actionboundary.dev.

Informational site

The site explains a focused authorization-evidence review and publishes synthetic examples, schemas, reports, code, and research materials. Content may be corrected, updated, removed, or replaced without notice.

Nothing on the site is legal, compliance, accounting, financial, medical, or investment advice. References to standards or control language do not constitute certification or assurance under those standards.

Evidence and review limits

  • Public examples are synthetic unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • A result applies only to the stated scenario, artifact versions, execution profile, environment, and evidence available at the time of review.
  • PASS does not mean a whole product is secure. BLOCKED does not prove every unauthorized path is blocked. INCONCLUSIVE means the available evidence does not support a strict verdict.
  • The review is not a full penetration test, SOC 2 audit, HIPAA assessment, PCI assessment, source-code audit, IAM review, or compliance certification.

Paid engagements

A website description, email discussion, price indication, or scenario sketch does not create a customer relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Scope, fees, data handling, confidentiality, intellectual property, warranties, liability, and deliverables for paid work are controlled by a signed agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement controls for the engagement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, misrepresent an ActionBoundary artifact, remove provenance or limitation statements, or imply endorsement, certification, or a customer result that was not issued in a signed engagement.

Do not send credentials, secrets, production data, PHI, PII, payment-card data, bank details, or private traces through public repository channels or an ordinary first-contact email.

Ownership and repository licenses

ActionBoundary names, site copy, visual assets, and service descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. Code and documentation in the public repository are governed by the licenses and notices attached to those materials. These website terms do not expand or reduce an open-source license.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public site and public materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or security. Nothing here limits a warranty or obligation expressly accepted in a signed engagement.

Liability boundary

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JZ Software Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, the public site or public synthetic materials. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so a limitation applies only to the extent allowed there. A signed engagement may establish different terms.

Changes and contact
